Reservation / Security Deposit Instructions

As soon as the $500 reservation / security deposit is received, your dates of stay will be blocked on the Availability Calendar. For expediency we suggest you utilize a major credit card or PayPal via the button below. The deposit will be refunded to you within 5 days of check-out provided there are no damages, missing equipment, excessive cleaning or late check-out. Reservation /security deposit cannot be applied toward the rental balance.

The Rental Agreement attached to the email providing this link must be received within 7 days signed by the person listed on the agreement. If the agreement is not received back within 7 days the dates will be released and the deposit refunded. It may also be faxed to 317-644-0330 or scanned to PDF file and emailed to jolene@riceretreats.com

If you are paying the reservation / security deposit by check, please click the ‘Pay by Check’ button below and print the form. Complete the information and send payment to the address listed on the form. Dates will only be blocked on the calendar when payment is received, therefore we highly suggest you use a major credit card or PayPal to cover the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

60 days or more prior to stay: In the event cancellation occurs 60 days or more prior to stay, a full refund will be issued for the rental amount plus TN sales tax. The $500 reservation deposit is surrendered to cover administrative and re-marketing expenses.

Less than 60 days prior to stay: In the event cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to stay, the reservation deposit of $500 is refunded in full. The rental amount and sales tax is NON-refundable. However, if the reserved dates are re-booked, a credit will be issued for the rental amount to be applied toward a future stay in the Fall, Holiday, or Spring seasons only. In the event a credit is issued, the $500 reservation / security deposit will be due upon reservation of the alternate dates.
